Hi all! How was your weekend? Our weekend was good. I got in a great workout on Saturday doing a bunch of landscaping. I dont kniw about you all but I love walking through any store that has Halloween or really any holiday decorations. I usually do not buy anything but I love seeing it all. I got so excited when we stopped at Target and I saw these….1 Smartpoint Utz Mini Cheeseballs!!
The best part, they are 1 Smartpoint per bag even if you have more than one. They are little but packed with melt in your mouth cheesy goodness.I was feeling fall like this morning so I grabbed a tall nonfat 1 pump chai tea latte topped with cinnamon for our drive (5 SP).
At the Sacramento Antique Fair, we split a bacon, egg and salsa burrito (4 sp).The Husband really wanted pizza for lunch so I convinced him getting a salad and a slice was better than a whole pizza.
Small Mary’s House Salad with ranch (4 sp).1 slice mushroom pizza – it looks huge because they served it on a small plate lol. 8 sp.This afternoon I did a bit of meal prep for the week. I successfully burned my turkey meatloaf muffins but still put them in the fridge you know in case I change my mind. I think honestly it’s hard to toss something when you put do much work into it.
I chopped up and ate a bunch of watermelon and cantaloupe.
Then, I made this Weight Watchers Cumin Like Confetti Salad. For lunches this week. I did hade some for dinner too. I cut the recipe in half, used avocado oil and my homemade taco seasoning for the cumin.
