Hi everyone! Thank you all so much for letting me know your daily snapshot or not preference on yesterday’s post. I’m super lucky that you all are so understanding and just as happy to have a quick recap as that works for me too.
Today started off great then turned a bit stressful trying to meet a work deadline when my computer was not cooperating with me at all. I definitely found myself thinking I should crunch my way through some chips or some other not so great thing as I tried to fix my computer. I’m super proud I did not give in and focused on the delicious day I had planned with only 6 snapshots.
Bacon, chewy sourdough with butter, BBQ, m&c….What’s not to love and it’s all on program!
I buy the center loin boneless strips for my “ribs” – 1 oz = 1 pt.
B: 2 spicy scrambled eggs (4 SP), 2 crunchy PC’s Trader Joe’s peppered Turkey bacon (2 SP), 1 cutie
S: Starbucks tall nonfat Cappuccino w a little caramel drizzle on top (2 SP) – the foamy top tastes just like a marshmallow
L: 1 serving CL Immunity Soup (4 SP), 2 slices good sourdough breast topped with 1/2 Tbsp Land O Lakes Whipped Butter (1 SP), 2 Sonoma Creamery Parmesan Crisps eaten while everything cooked (1 SP)
S: my tropical snack on a 40 degree day! Mango topped with 1 tsp unsweetened coconut and 1 1/2 Tbsp macadamia nuts (3 SP)
D: 3.3 oz BBQ pork ribs (4 SP), 1 c Traders Joe’s Organic shells & cheddar (9 SP), 1 c snap peas cooked in a little olive oil (1 SP)
Total daily points: 35 (30 daily, 5 weekly)
For the record, I still didn’t finish work, but, I’m still excited for the weekend to begin! I’ve had a great Weight Watchers week so I’m looking forward to my meeting tomorrow.
