Happy Wednesday all! Today I finally did it….not only did I sign up for a gym that’s 5 minutes from my office, but, I worked out. At lunch, I headed over and completed my first C25K 1.1 workout since I think May. It wasn’t pretty, far or fast, but, I feel proud that I took time to workout.
It’s super cool we get the corporate rate and our company encourages us to get our workouts on. The gym has classes, a pool/sauna/spa, cross fit and a massage place too but I am taking baby steps to start. My coworker went with me so now I also have an accountability buddy too.
Today was such a busy on the go day…my breakfast is a little sad but it worked perfectly when I was grabbing stuff as I walked out the door
Fage 0% Blueberry Greek yogurt (4 sp), Nectarine muffin (3 sp), banana.Before heading to the gym, I snacked on 4 Trader Joe’s Social Crackers (plus one as you get 5 for 2 sp) and a Jarlsberg Mini Swiss cheese (2 sp).My lunch today totally hit the spot.
