Hi all! How was your weekend? My weekend was busy. I lost another .4 lbs this week which I’m happy with as down is good.
This morning we were up early to beat the heat and hike The Tower. Before heading out, I made us these tasty eggwiches.
1 slice Nature’s Own bread topped with 1/2 Tbsp whipped butter, a ‘fried’ egg and fresh garden tomato slices. (3 sp).Post hike reward – Tall iced Nonfat cappuccino with caramel drizzle on the top. (2 sp).The Husband had a meeting a few towns over so we stopped for lunch at Vasquez and I had 2 crispy chicken tacos (10 sp).We had a cookout tonight that included a few high point foods but they we were worth it.
