Hi all! Its so fun to read all the ways that you top your pancakes. I definitely have some new ideas to try out. Today I was up early and out the door in time to see the sun rise for two things. My dentist appointment and a conference call with my boss in the UK who teased we should’ve talked a 1/2 hour earlier because it would be 2:30 “tooth hurty” his time. Funny guy! I do have to say he makes me laugh and hearing my dentist say those two magic words “No Cavities” makes everything right about my day.
My eats today are super simple but totally kept me on track for a non-stop, long day that didn’t leave me with much time for food prep.

D – leftovers made under at 9pm -BBQ pork tacos: 3 Mission Extra Thin Yellow Corn Tortillas topped with 2.5 oz Beer-Beque Pork, 2 Tbsp Trader Joe’s Lite Mexican cheese, lettuce, tomato, sweet & hot jalapenos (8 sp)
