Happy Friday Eve all! Today we were up early as we are heading to South America for a little work and a little fun. I was also joking with The Husband that I “picked” taking him here for our dating anniversary – not really since it’s for work but it sounds good, right?!
My focus for this trip is to make smart choices, track as best I can and walk a lot all while enjoying our trip.
Breakfast was my usual, lunch on the plane was shared with The Husband. It was just OK. I brought a banana for snack along with some nuts but I traded those for a little of the snack mix he picked up. I seriously did not need to know that Almond Joy Snack Mix existed….Salty, crunchy, coconutty, chocolatey….I’ll stop there.
Dinner was huge and actually alot better than I thought it would be. I ended up giving half my chicken to The Husband to keep my portion in check although I could’ve totally eaten it all based on taste.
Now for the longest flight of our trip.

D: @DFW Cool River Cafe – side salad with homemade croutons, bacon, egg & 1/2 the ranch (4 SP), 1/2 of the Southwest Grilled Chicken that came with Chipotle sauce, ham & Pepperjack cheese (6 sp) , 1/4 cup coleslaw (2 SP)
