Hi everyone! How are you all doing? I’m happy to say that while I still have this cold, I’m feeling so much better today. I feel like this cold hasn’t knocked me too far off my groove as I chalked up another 1 lb loss this week bringing me to 28 lbs down. The other cool thing about this….my wedding ring slid perfectly on/off my finger which I haven’t been able to do for so long. Its almost to the point I can comfortably wear it again every day.
Highlight of today for sure!
Today started with an awesome breakfast and an hour long walk. I’m honestly not sure what Butter Bread is but I bought it when The Husband asked for white bread and I really love it. It’s not bad for 2 Smartpoints a slice.
I made sure I got in more steps today by walking to our Monday working lunch. I probably should branch out to try other salads but I absolutely love this noodle salad at the General Store.
I know I said no more soup but when I got home The Husband declared he wanted Panera. I ran all my menu ideas for me to cook across him but he got me with these words.
Don’t you want a place you can have soup?
Umm, yes, I can’t deny it lol. I “almost” made it a day without soup.
