Hi all! I’m back today with that low point Weight Watchers Cinnamon Banana Bread recipe I showed you all yesterday. This bread is incredibly moist and packed with the sweetness of cinnamon. But I have to say my favorite part is you get 1/7th of an entire loaf pan!!
Yep, that means one huge piece for only 3 Smartpoints. I validated this on WW online too.
I have sort of a love hate relationship with Weight Watchers Connect. I love randomly browsing but my Type A personality wants it to be organized so I can look at categories I want….like food, recipes, what people eat. But, alas, I resort to random hashtags like #cookin’ which brought me to this amazing recipe.
All props to Skylar’s Mom as your bread is life changing and is something I’ll definitely make again. I never knew cinnamon could make up for less sugar but it really does. My sweets loving husband even devoured it.

Todayay pretty much went down like yesterday. I think the Slow Cooker Sausage & Tortilla Casserole tasted even better today. Lunch was a new Taylor Farms Greek Salad. I think this might be my favorite new flavor. I was having a very hungry day hence the extra snackage. While The Husband grilled up tritip steak, I made some Sweet Potato Home Fries – yum!
HOME FRIES: are my lazy way of making oven fries and I think they taste better. I par-cook the potatoes in the microwave for about 3 1/2 to 4 minutes to soften. Then, I slice into “fry” shapes and “fry” in my 1-2 tsp. of healthy oil until crispy in a nonstick pan over medium heat until golden. Season to taste with sea salt and pepper or garlic salt and pepper.

S1: Grande Iced Nonfat Latte with caramel on top (3 sp), 1 1/2 cups watermelon
S2: on the drive home – cherries & blueberries
D: 6 spicy green garlic olives while dinner cooked (1 sp), 1 1/2 oz grilled tri tip (1 sp), 3.9 oz sweet potato home fries (5 sp), Asparagus with mushrooms
28 Daily Smartpoints, 14K steps….I’m having a snack probably a cheese stick or hard boiled egg later as I’m still hungry lol.
