Happy Friday all! Today was a great day filled with delicious eats, a C25K 3.3 workout and a bunch of todo’s checked off my list. I’m so ready to enjoy the weekend and be outside in the sunshine. After meeting The Husband for lunch, I whipped up a batch of low-fat banana bread cookies. I gave a bunch away (I’m a good sharer), froze some and satisfied my cookie craving with just one cookie.
