Hi all! Thanks for the nice comments on our garden on yesterday’s post. I can’t wait until everything starts ripening then I’ll share more pics. Today went down like a total Monday where my day filled up with meetings and I left feeling like I never did finish what I set out to do in the first place.
The good – one fantastic breakfast I can’t wait to repeat and getting in my walk in the AM to start my day off on the right foot literally lol.
The “OK” – having a not so tasty working lunch salad. I am proud that I stopped eating it when I realized it just wasn’t worth the points. Working late, not snacking and sticking to the plan for dinner.
The interesting – The Husband’s Cowboy Chicken Nachos. He got the idea from a sample at Trader Joe’s and declared this would be a dinner he makes.
Here is all you need to make your own Cowboy Nachos – BBQ chicken, “cowboy” caviar salsa, cheese and homemade chips. I love the sweet smoky Chipotle in the caviar.

I just started WW on Saturday and I am wondering if I am counting smartpoint wrong. When I add up what you put as your day I come to a total of 43. Trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. I joined online so I did not get any guidance into the program. I am looking forward to going to a meeting on Saturday morning .

I am not sure how you are looking up the points. I do put the points in brackets next to what I eat (2 sp) and I look up things based on the name brand when I can as it’s more accurate than looking up the general food.
