Happy Sunday all! I’m not even sure where to begin. In today’s Snap, I have my delicious weekly menu, beating the burger challenge and a snap of my deep dish pizza experiment.
But first, I need to back up to Saturday and tell you all I banished that birthday pound I gained losing 2 lbs at this week’s weigh in!
Today’s burger challenge happened when The Husband wanted to head to Habit Burger. I love their burgers, fries and well everything on their menu. I compromised getting my charburger wrapped in lettuce, subbing their mayo for ketchup and mustard only and adding garlic portabello mushrooms. For my fries, I subbed a side salad for real deal ranch. I was so satisfied and my mouth didn’t feel like it missed the bun, the fries or the points. I did steal 3 of The Husband’s fries though. Such a deal for 12 SmartPoints but I have to say feeling empowered instead of guilty when I left made it all worth it!
