Happy Friday Eve all! One day until the weekend and honestly I cannot wait. I had a solid on program day today that did not seem diety at all. Dinner was definitely the highlight as The Husband was in charge of making our taco salad. He did really good at checking off all my favorite things….mixed lettuces, turkey taco meat, cheese (he got full fat but I went with it), avocado and…..some crunch. I love that he served us mini bags of chili cheese Fritos. They definitely made the salad fun to eat for 5 SmartPoints for an entire bag. I did start with half but let’s be real – who eats half a mini bag?! I used this awesome Vidalia Onion & Peach hot sauce my sis and I picked last weekend at Apple Hill. Its sweet, spicy without being too hot, a little tangy and I already know I want more of it. It’s so good!
This salad is in my top 5 favorites of all time.
