Hi all! How was your Tuesday? My day started with an early AM call with my colleague in France. My headset wasn’t working so I had to take the call on speaker…muting and unmuting while I cooked our breakfast and packed lunches. I felt proud nobody knew what I was doing behind the scenes (I think!) amd I didn’t burn anything multitasking. I also skipped my AM Starbucks and stayed the course with 1 cup of coffee today.
While I did pack a lunch, I quickly traded it in when my coworkers asked if I wanted Wok of Flame….Yes please! A quick search in my Weight Watchers tracker for Chinese Chicken and Vegetables, any type, told me 1 cup was just 2 points. Since I knew I’d eat the appetizers, I skipped the rice and had steamed veggies to balance it out.
