Hi all! Today turned to be a pretty decent food day given how intense our workday went. It was a non-stop in your chair kinda day with lunch brought in and dinner out. I’m proud I made a burger salad when we brought in burgers for lunch. I actually packed extra snacks but never had time to eat them.
Now, I just need to get back to my workouts and I’ll be back in the zone in no time at all. I’m just struggling a bit to get there.
