Euphrates Creamy Feta Cheese Giveaway!

Happy Saturday all! I thought it would be FUN to reward you all for hanging out while we are rebuilding my site.  I will be back to posting tomorrow even if we are not done.  As you all might remember, awhile back, the folks over at Euphrates Fine Cheeses asked me to develop some recipes using their creamy, salty, made with real milk feta cheese.

Did I mention that 1 oz of their REAL DEAL FETA is only 2 points+?!

Here are just a few ideas of how you can use their FETA-TASTIC cheese.

    The apple Pie won ton turnover has become my most favorite Feta recipe. I have made it three times this last week and shared it at my WW meeting.

    We make a dish call Zucchini Ankara that is to die for – zucchini, feta, garbanzo beans, etc. Yummy! Feta is one of my favorite cheeses!

    We use it in an amazing bean dip…Corn, Back beans, tons of feta, vinager,pinch of sugar, hot peper of choice and some olive oil… It FF Bean dip! Oh and Im happy the” stupid hacker” didn’t do too much damage!

    My favorite way to use feta cheese is in salads, however I am looking forward to making your zucchini feta medallions and apple pie feta won ton turnovers soon, they look fabulous!! Thank you for continuing to come up with wonderful ideas, Danica. You make WW much easier.

    I love feta salad. Cucumbers, onions and tomatoes with olive oil and vinegar (soaked for a day) topped with crumbled feta.

    (p.s. close second is spanakopita … spinach pie, feta and spinach mixed together and layered into filo dough).

    Yum! I love Feta, and one of my favorie dishes to use it in is baked chicken breasts with some lemon juice, Greek seasoning, grape tomatoes, and Feta. It’s wonderful!

    Euphrates Feta is by far my favorite! I can’t wait for it to hit stores around me. My favorite way to use feta is mixed with ripe tomatoes, evoo and lemon juice. It makes an incredible bruschetta.

    I love to use feta cheese when I create my own personal pizza.
    I use light Alfredo sauce, onions and garlic as my
    Sauce. Then I add feta cheese to the Top and
    Stick it in the oven on 350 degree until crispy
    And then after I take it out of the oven I drizzle
    Rachel Rays 0pt balsamic drizzle for a great lunch
    Time snack! 7 PTs

    I also take romaine lettuce,cut up nectarines, feta, and drizzle
    Light poppy seed dressing. 6 PTs

    My favorite way to use feta is to eat it directly from the package. Second favorite way is to put it on salads. It adds such a richness without a ton of calories. I don’t think I’ve ever cooked with feta…but if I won this giveaway, I’d certainly give that a whirl! 🙂

    I LOVE feta and always have a block of it for salads but i love making gyros ( a lightened down version with streak) for the family.. the kids love it because they can take some naan and pick and choose their fixins’!!

    My fiance makes a cous cous with israeli cous cous, artichoke hearts, greek olives, tomatoes, cucumber, parsley and FETA. It’s amazing!
