Happy Tuesday all! This morning I was up early to get my workout in. Dare I say that I actually felt like my 36 minute treadmill workout is starting to get easier and I even went faster too. It felt really good to actually feel like I am making progress.
Post workout breakfast eggwich with berries. 1 slice Nature’s Own Butter Bread (2 sp) topped with 1/2 Tbsp Land O Lakes Whipped Butter (1 sp), a fried egg topped with Sriracha salt & pepper Mid morning snack included a tall nonfat cappuccino (2 sp), banana and 2 Tbsp pistachios (4 sp).This Zero Point Taco Soup I pulled from the freezer totally hit the spot for lunch.I had this Trader Joe’s Nonfat black raspberry Greek yogurt over chocolate for my afternoon snack (4 sp).The Husband’s turn for dinner was tonight. Since it was raining and he didn’t cook lol, we headed out to Monsoon Burger.
I pondered several low point options but in the end I decided to just go for it and get what I really wanted.
