Happy Survivor Finale Day all! Who are you hoping wins? I am undecided this season but I think I’m picking the pineapple guy after his love story – so sweet.
Yesterday I was challenged with eating ‘just one’ chip, but, today I managed to have ‘just one’ slice! More in that in a bit.
After my 36 minute treadmill workout, The Husband made us Healthy Eggrolls and berries (3 sp).I had a tall nonfat cappuccino on my drive in and these cashews about 2 hours later (3 sp).My coworker and I caught up today at Work of Flame for lunch.
Won Ton Soup (2 sp).I totally had 3 of these chicken & veggie potstickers (5 sp).Then, Kung Pao Chicken with steamed veggies. This was actually too much food and I only managed to eat about half (8 sp).Plus my cookie for dessert just so I could add “in bed” at the end 😀 1 spThe Husband asked for pizza night for the Survivor Finale. I had not really planned on this but I quickly came up with a plan.I started with a small Mary’s salad with ranch on the side (4 sp).Then, I had just one slice of Toto’s pizza eaten with a fork.
You know what? It totally slows you down eating it with a fork in a way that you get full faster but, also you think man, I do not want to have to cut up another piece like that lol.

Definitely a high point day using some of my weeklies but I am proud I ate only until satisfied at each meal. Will reel myself in tomorrow as I feel like I’m eating so much this week.
