Happy Wednesday all! I am back today with a funny from our training and some tasty eats.
Why did the tomato blush???
Because it saw the salad dressing!

Ok, on to today’s eats….I had the last of our Tortilla, Pepper, Egg casserole with half an orange for breakfast (5 sp).I had a banana and grande cappuccino for snack (3 sp).My focus for lunch for the rest of the week is to have the salad/veggies and any protein passing on the bread or other carb.
It worked today – I loved the garlic roasted veggies and the tandoori chicken was just ok. I skipped the rice and naan but didn’t feel like I missed out – success! (4 sp).I have been taunted by this party mix, nuts and candy they put out every afternoon for snack. I finally gave in today and had some so I can now move on lol (4 sp for 1/2 cup)Before heading out this morning, I put this Slow Cooker Pork Carnita mix on. When I got home all I had to do was “fry” some tortillas and chop some veggies.
It was at this point that I realized we did not have tomato so I cut up a red pepper and told The Husband it’s just like tomato…see (as in red and sweet). I am pretty sure he thinks I am crazy but he put it on his tacos anyway.
I had 2 tacos and a couple extra bites of carnitas for 6 Smartpoints.Tonights Survivor was great….I don’t like Gabby and think she was totally jealous of Big Bang Theories real life girlfriend.
