Hi all! How was your day? I am so glad my hungry day is over and today was normal. I kicked off my day bonding with Jillian Michael’s Body Revolution. It was tough and I wasn’t feeling it, but, I pushed through it feeling proud when I finished.
I had a zero point 2 egg scramble and berries for breakfast.Plus a tall nonfat cappuccino with caramel on top. (2 sp).We had an all day meeting and they brought in Panera. I had 1/2 a Frontega Chicken Panini (10 sp), chips (4 sp) and a pickle.
It was actually good even though pointy.Late afternoon I snacked in a banana with 2 Tbsp cashews (2 sp).
The Husband asked for burgers on the drive home. I figured I could stop yo buy stuff or agree to go to Habit Burger. Habit totally won as I am currently addicted to the Southwestern BBQ Chicken salad. I didn’t need the dressing as the BBQ sauce was enough (6 sp)
