I had a blast this past weekend Cooking with Beer and I honestly have to say the New Belgium BEER really took each dish to the next level flavor-wise. If you want to venture out on your own BEER Fest simply use BEER in place of any liquid ingredient in your recipes.

I served up this tasty 1 Points+ Creamy Clean Eating Coleslaw to cool the heat at my BEER-BBQ. The only change I made was to add a little pineapple for sweetness and cilantro.
