Happy Monday All! How was your day? I kicked off my day with 37 minutes on the treadmill to ‘earn’ the deliciousness I’d be eating at our Cinco de Mayo potluck at work today. We didn’t want to miss out on celebrating the tradition so everyone brought something in for our taco bar.My contribution was making 3 lbs of taco meat this morning. I kept it warm in my slow cooker until lunch.I honestly wasn’t hungry for breakfast at all (rare for me). I packed up my breakfast but never end up eating it. I did however have a tall nonfat cappuccino. (2 sp).I built one chicken and one beef taco with tastes of the rice and beans. I also sampled the chips and salsa on the table. 15 sp.Late afternoon we had a walking meeting to Starbucks. I decided to venture out from coffee and try the Strawberry Acai Refresher. I thought for 70 calories it may not be bad.
While this was tasty and refreshing it cost me 4 Smartpoints.On my drive home I listed out dinner options for The Husband. He said I could keep going but he would continue to tell me Habit Burger. Figuring salad would be the best choice, I went with it.
I had the Southwest BBQ Chicken salad.
