Hi all! I officially survived my long, short week and I’m ready for the long weekend to begin. My post today is short & sweet but I promise my new recipe for this delicious Greek Pasta Salad I made tonight is coming up soon.
Breakfast was a repeat of yesterday – The Husband made it for me as I ran out the door.
Sandwich Bros Sausage Egg White Flat Bread (4 sp).I also grabbed a grande iced Nonfat Latte with caramel on the top for the road. (3 sp).My stomach was literally growling out loud during my 10:30 meeting. I grabbed a quick snack before heading in my next meeting.Since it was 80 degrees out today, my coworker and I headed out yo Jack’s Urban Eats for big salads in the sunshine.
On my plate – mixed greens, jicama, carrots, tomatoes, garbanzo/kidney beans, corn, a few crispy onions, 3 oz BBQ tri tip and creamy dill dressing on the side.
