Happy Friday all! I gave myself permission to do as much or as little as I wanted to for today’s workout with my bare minimum being Couch to 5K (C25K), 1.3. I really wasn’t feeling it at all but I knocked out my jog/walk and started my day. I feel really proud of my workouts this week making this finish – worth it!
Breakfast today was so easy and delicious. I cooked 2 of the hash brown patties The Husband picked out in non-stick spray and 1 tsp avocado oil. I added in 2 scrambled egg making this one healthy 4 Smartpoint breakfast that seemed indulgent with “fried” potatoes.I had a different idea for lunch but my day got away from me with meetings and such. I finally put something together 7 hours after breakfast as quickly as I could.
I think these Lay’s BBQ kettle chips can make even the simplest sandwich good. (5 sp per serving).
2 slices Granola Bread topped with Dijon and Hillshire Farm Hickory Smoked Turkey (4 sp).I snacked on 2 Tbsp cashews in the afternoon. (3 sp).
Dinner was a big, low Smartpoints chef salad that took minutes to make.
