Happy Survivor Day all! The show is getting so so good, I cannot wait to see what tonight’s 2 hour episode brings. Do you have a favorite you want to win? Breakfast today involved 1 Trader Joe’s hash brown patty “fried” in 1 tsp avocado oil, 1 scrambled egg and pomegranate seeds (5 sp).We had a business lunch at Mikunis today that was amazing! I am super proud that I stopped when full, counted it all and adjusted dinner to stay in my Healthy Smartpoints range.
I devoured the individual edamame and 1/3 of the freaky edamame. The first appetizer was so interesting and rich. Flaming Shrooms.
Big mushrooms stuffed with crab, cream cheese, jalapenos then tempura fried and topped with teriyaki sauce and smoked bonito flakes – Wow…just wow. It’s like stuffed mushrooms meets jalapeno poppers meets crispy deep fried goodness.
I now know 1 is enough but I had 2 for 8 Smartpoints.Then everything else came out and we shared it all.

I had 2 Tuna Sliders and 3 of each roll for 12 Smartpoints. I also dipped each piece in the sriracha line!I was tempted to have a Starbucks and visit the candy dish or have a snack late afternoon but I resisted as I didn’t need it.
When I walked in the house, I got started on dinner. I grilled up enough Teriyaki Chicken for tonight and tomorrow night’s dinners.While the chicken cooked, I chopped up everything for our Sesame Lime Chicken Salad. I absolutely adore this salad. It’s fresh, light, filling and super fun to eat. It doesn’t hurt that it’s only 3 WWFreestyle Smartpoints a serving.
