Happy Monday all! How was your day? My day was eh, a Monday, but, I did really good with my workouts and eats. More importantly, I made every meal too!
I started my day with a 37 minute jog / walk on the treadmill. Then, I actually tried something new for breakfast and it wasn’t egg related lol. I have several friends who love Siggi’s yogurt and I have yet to try it.The ingredient list is fantastic and this cup comes in at only 3 WWFreestyle Smartpoints.It’s super thick and not really sweet – think the ‘tart’ flavor you get with froyo.
I scooped it onto strawberries and a banana for the perfect creamy, tangy, sweet combination.Before heading out for a lunchtime walk, I made this easy salad.
I had half a bag of Taylor Farms Broccoli Crunch with 1/3 of the dressing & toppings, cucumber, sweet peppers plus 2 oz turkey breast (5 sp).Late afternoon, I really wanted salty, crunchy things so I settled on 1/4 cup cashews (5 sp).For dinner, we grilled up all of this Bill Bailey’s Carne Asada for March Madness aka Taco Madness according to The Husband who wanted to eat all of this tonight. Lol.
