Hi all! Do you ever have a day where you feel like one good choice leads to another? This is exactly how today went for me making it a pretty awesome day.
One disclaimer though….I did choose to sleep in because I really felt like I needed it. To balance it out, I made a point to walk any chance I could today.
Breakfast repeat – 2 Zero Point Southwestern Frittata Muffins, 1/3 cup berriesDespite my extra sleep, I still felt like I needed a little extra motivation.
Grande iced Nonfat Latte with caramel on top (3 sp).We had a birthday lunch today at a place called Burgers and Brews. That is pretty much what they serve along with all types of fry topped creations.
I feel super proud I ordered their half garden salad with grilled chicken and balsamic/evoo on the side.
It was actually quite tasty for 1 Smartpoint.Don’t worry, I balanced out all that healthiness with just 3 of the community beer battered onion rings (4 sp). I could’ve eaten the plate so, so good.
I can admit that I am someone who needs good stuff on or with my salad to feel satisfied and not taste all diety/hralthy.Late afternoon intentional snack so I wouldn’t be starving when I walked in the door. (2 sp)
Said differently, I wanted to fill up on the good stuff so I’ll eat less of the pointy stuff.Dinner was amazing….I know it sounds funny saying that because we had a simple dinner.
1/2 cup large shells (2 sp) topped with 1/2 cup Turkey Mushroom Wine Infused Sauce (1 sp), 1 pc Garlic Texas Toast (5 sp) amd 1 cup Taylor Farms Mediterranean Salad (4 sp).
I also sipped on 2 oz of Italian wine since I opened ?for the sauce 😀 (2 sp)My mouth said more but my stomach and taste buds were satisfied so I stopped there. #Success!
