Hi all! How are you doing? I am doing OK for the most part. Work is still a bit crazy busy, but, I have held my own mostly maintaining my weight the past few weeks. I have managed a few workouts and swimming is what I am currently loving more than the treadmill. I really do feel like my workouts help me to deal with stress and seem to make everything more manageable. My eats could be better and that is why I am keeping up with meal planning. I will get back into my daily groove again soon but I am just not there yet.
