Hi all! How was your day? My day was awesome on so many levels. I tried to sleep in, but, it did not work and I enjoyed a leisurely morning before whipping up my usual breakfast. I traded in my AM workout for a fun lunchtime workout and got a ton of stuff completed at work today.
Healthy Eggroll plus berries (3 sp).I grabbed a tall iced nonfat latte on my drive in (2 sp) then snacked on a banana plus lite string cheese before my lunchtime workout. (2 sp).I actually braved swimming at lunch today and it was such a good decision! I did laps for 30 minutes, then, lounged in the sunshine for 10 before showering / heading back to work.
Fun fact : my goggles protected my eyes enough I didn’t have to reapply my makeup.
I had the last of my Italian Tortellini Pasta Salad (6 sp).Plus a zero point and and pluot for staying power.Late afternoon, my coworker asked if I wanted to walk for coffee – yes please!
I knew exactly what I wanted to order as one of my followers who shares my coffee love recommended it.
I ordered a Tall Iced Cloud Macchiato made with nonfat milk & without vanilla syrup. (3 sp). I am totally getting this again.
So creamy with the perfect espresso balance reminding me a bit of coffee ice cream.We also decided salty, crunchy snacks in our office were in order so we brought these back for everyone.I feel proud I limited myself to just this bowl. I honestly could’ve kept going back and back and back 🙂 (4 sp)Since I managed to make 10 WW Mini sliders yesterday, we had the rest today.
