Happy Survivor Day all! I am so excited for the new fall shows starting this week and more importantly another season of Survivor. I am also digging the Resident too.

Today I was rushing out the door so I packed up my breakfast to go. A Healthy Eggroll with grapes (3 sp).I needed a Starbucks to get through my morning and my mid morning snack was a tall nonfat 2 pump chai tea latte (5 sp).A group of us went to lunch today at Wok of Flame and I did a pretty good job keeping my choices in check.
Won ton soup (1 sp).They did not have edamame today so we settled on veggie Eggrolls. I had 1/2 for 3 sp.I also had 2 homemade chicken potstickers (4 sp).For my entree, I balanced out my eats by getting string bean shrimp and eating the steamed veggies leaving the rice behind (4 sp).We had a “no cook” dinner that The Husband made lol…. delicious leftover pasta sauce over lasagna noodles (8 sp) with salad (1 sp).29 Daily WWFreestyle Smartpoints, 6K steps
