Hi all! How was your Tuesday? I wasn’t feeling my AM workout so I challenged myself to find another way to be active all day. The thing is I knew I had lunch plans so it would be challenging.
I decided on my drive home from work that I’d hop on the treadmill as soon as I walked in. We were having leftovers and The Husband would be home later than me.
Afterall, what’s 30 minutes? It’s as easy as 1-2-3 with this walk. You know what…I did it and felt so good about me. Success!
