Loving your meal plan and recipies, Just one question? You like me, eat alot of fruit for breakfast, but like the berries how do you keep them fresh, do you only buy enough for a week at a time or freeze them. Oops another question, do you freeze the little breakfast taco egg muffins, and if so do you put them in ziplocks or bowls? Thank tou for makinf my life alot healthier!

I really enjoy reading your blog and find so much inspiration from it….thanks for sharing. I thought I would ask a question since I’m new to WW. Do you ever find yourself wanting to eat something just to eat it. I find that my biggest struggle is not that I’m hungry…but that I”m bored and just want to fill the time and end up eating even though I’m not hungry. Do you have any tips for someone who is trying to do WW, but gets so focused on food, that I just want to eat something even when I’m not hungry. Thanks. Susan

Definitely ~ you are not alone. I really try to distract myself when I get like that with something to keep my hands busy. Reading a magazine, going for a walk, talking on the phone, playing a game, getting on the computer, etc. I also will drink lots of water or chew gum to keep my mouth busy. When all else fails, I give in and plan a snack that is within my points budget, enjoy it and move on.
