Hi all! How was your day? I really wanted to sleep in today and tried, but, I was wide awake at 4:45 am. I pondered staying in bed but decided I am up so it’s better to get my workout on. I spent 36 minutes on the treadmill and quickly got ready for a day of meetings taking my breakfast on the go.
2 scrambled eggs and a Trader Joe’s hash brown patty ‘fried’ in 1 tsp oil. (5 sp).I definitely needed extra caffeine today – tall nonfat cappuccino with caramel on the top (2 sp).I was totally expecting the not exciting and pointy Panera Sandwiches for our vendor lunch today. I was probably a bit too excited when I saw it was Chipotle and I grabbed like everything.In my bowl:
- Fajita veggies
- A little pinto beans
- Chicken (3 sp)
- Fresh tomato salsa
- Corn Salsa
- A sprinkle of cheese (2 sp)
- Guacamole added after (2 sp)
- A tortilla that I didn’t eat
Not bad, right? I mean look at all those zero point foods!
Feeling proud of myself I thought I surely could spare a few points on their delicious salty, like chips.
Omg, I so know that doesn’t work for me. I can never have just 1 or 2 or 3….unless you are counting how many times I filled my cup!! (8 sp)I actually was so full all afternoon that I decided to trade in my dinner for something alot less.
