Hi all! How was your Tuesday? My day was super busy, but, the highlight is that I realized it’s Shark Week when I got home! I cannot believe it took me until today to realize that lol. I only feel a little bad that I didn’t earn my relax time tonight with a workout today. I just wasn’t feeling it.
The Husband cooked us breakfast today and it turned out alot like yesterday – 2 scrambled eggs with watermelon..I grabbed a tall nonfat iced latte with caramel on top to get me through my morning (2 sp).
I had a working lunch at Tres Hermanas today was super good.
It’s kind of amazing how you actually eat less chips when it’s a ‘business’ lunch and you have to talk.
It kept me at my 12 broken into pieces with salsa for 4 Smartpoints.Starter salad with ranch on the side (2 sp).I had the Shrimp Fajitas and here is what I ate / skipped.
I ate all of the shrimp & veggies, 1/2 the guacamole and the beans only. (8 sp).
I skipped the rice (not worth the points), sour cream (ick) and tortillas (everything was so good I didn’t need them).
I left feeling so satisfied, not stuffed, and proud.My afternoon flew by and I was starving by the time I walked in the door. I wanted to eat everything but quickly got to work on dinner.
I had so many ideas in mind but The Husband got his first crown at the dentist and had a sore mouth. I made exactly what he asked for…..buttered noodles.
Not fancy at all, but, honestly so tasty.

That is brilliant on the chips and salsa. Amazing on the shrimp fajitas. I can do that. Love shrimp. Can’t eat avocado. ? Hate having fruit latex syndrome.
