I think my absolute favorite way to cook is on the grill using indirect heat. After it has cooked for about 8 minutes per side, I then wrap it in foil with the marinade and put it back on the grill with indirect heat. No matter what the marinade, this makes the most awesome pork tenderloins.

I also shared this giveaway with my Facebook friends.

I slow cook a pork tenderloin roast for a few hours until it pulls apart. Then I shred it – add it back to the crock with BBQ sauce. Served up on light wheat rolls with a pinch of store bought cole slaw….
UMMMM YUM!!!
Tammy Jones says
I LOVE to ‘smoke’ a pork shoulder/Boston Butt in my crockpot. I slather that thing with rib rub, put it in the crockpot, fat side up, mix a little liquid smoke in about 1/4 of water, add to the pot (don’t mess up the yummy rub!) and cook on low for about 12 hours. It just falls apart then, and I’ll shred or chop, add some BBQ sauce (or not) and YUMMY SAMMICH SWOONS! 🙂
