Hi all! You may have already noticed the changes, but, I’m excited to share the makings of my new theme. It’s still in process and I’m fiddling with the layout but I’d love to know what you think so far. I definitely need help “decorating” my site just like I need help decorating my house lol! I do love how much faster my site is loading and the fresh, clean look.
Would you like to see anything differently or have anything added to my site?
Before I dive into tonight’s post, I am going to say this is not a sponsored review. Last year, one of my friends have me a free Blue Apron box and we loved it. I pretty much put most weeks on hold but occasionally the pictures or delicious sounding recipes get me to say yes! Well, this week’s menu is one I could not pass up.
Tonight we made the Spinach & Fresh Mozzarella Pizza. I love the pizza dough and I am totally saving that pizza dipping sauce. As for the rest, it was ok.
As a side note for making it fit into my day….I do modify the recipes as I go, often using 1/2 these cheese and less oil/salt. I also make sure I put how I made the recipe into the Weight Watchers Recipe Builder then calculate out a normal serving. I find most the two person meals could easily feed 4 people.

Night all!
I love your site. My husband and I started this new healthy way of eating on March 1st. We are using materials from points+ as neither of us wanted to go to meetings and I found lots of resources for it. We are looking to making a permanent change in the way we see food and better our health. He has AFIB, and Type 2 diabetes and joint issues (hip replacement done this year). I have had gastric bypass surgery, makes it hard to eat all the points, high blood pressure, pre-diabetic, cancer survivor, and joint issues (knee replacement). So far he has lost 11 lbs and I have lost 12. I have often used your recipes. That included a weekend at a sporting event that made it impossible to stay within our points. Arena food is not healthy. Look forward to your new format! Thanks for all your work.
