Happy Monday all! How was your day? Today was one of those days that no matter what I ate, I was still hungry…even if I just ate. I totally hate it when that happens. I probably could’ve done better with my eats but I tracked it all and I am focusing on the positive.
My day was super productive and I feel proud I got my workout on (36 minutes on the treadmill) at the start of my day. I also got spoiled a bit by The Husband making breakfast, meeting me for lunch at Dos Coyotes and he cooked dinner as I worked late. I’ll take it!
