Daily Snap: I hate it when….

Happy Monday all! How was your day? Today was one of those days that no matter what I ate, I was still hungry…even if I just ate. I totally hate it when that happens. I probably could’ve done better with my eats but I tracked it all and I am focusing on the positive.

My day was super productive and I feel proud I got my workout on (36 minutes on the treadmill) at the start of my day. I also got spoiled a bit by The Husband making breakfast, meeting me for lunch at Dos Coyotes and he cooked dinner as I worked late. I’ll take it!

Daily Snap Recap:B: Healthy Eggroll (3 sp), berries

S: Tall nonfat cappuccino with caramel on the foam (2 sp)

L: 2 Crunchy Chicken & Green Chile Tacos (10 sp), black beans and tortilla chips with salsa (4 sp)

S: banana, 2 Tbsp cashews (3 sp)

D: Trader Joe’s Bambino Pizza (9 sp), salad with balsamic (1 sp)
