Hi all! I love that you all are just as crazy as I am about Insanely Delicious Popcorn. It has been so fun to read your comments. I think one if my favorite responses so far is that Just The Cheese is like Doritos but without the guilt because it’s popcorn. So funny!
Since it’s a short week and we’ll I decided to have fun instead of meal prep, I feel like today’s meals were made on the fly. Lunch involved me tossing things in my bag and figuring it out later. I tried a new to me Taylor Farms Salad mix – The Southwestern. Crunchy pumpkin seeds, tortilla strips, lots of crunchy lettuce, cabbage, herbs with a creamy cilantro dressing. I added a little protein with 3 slices honey ham wrapped around a cheese stick that I cut into thirds with cucumber slices. It actually turned out to be really good.
The Husband wasn’t feeling so hot and asked for Won Ton soup for dinner. That’s how I know he isn’t well – he never craves Chinese food lol! I was pretty excited when I remembered I had this Trader Joe’s Chicken Won Ton in the freezer.
The entire container is only 6 Smartpoints and made with real ingredients you recognize.
I paired it with my favorite Trader Joe’s Chicken Eggrolls. Each one is only 3 Smartpoints.

I am headed out right now to buy some of this popcorn! It looks delicious. I think I will buy 3 flavors and see which one I like best! Thanks Danica!
I am going to try the muffins you made! They look amazing! How many muffins did you make to have them be 2sp?
10 muffins and cook them for about 20 minutes.
Thank you!! I can’t wait to try it!
Hello. I just stumbled upon your site and I love it. I am joining WW tomorrow morning. I cannot figure out how to write you my own comment. I could only “reply” to one already written. I am a little overwhelmed with smartpoints, extra 49 weekly points, activity points, simply filling, core….so much info, I guess it will become more clear after I join tomorrow. At least I hope it will.
I made the muffins and even my husband loves them. Thanks for sharing the recipe.
Almost 16 K steps- Holy Moly!!!! I will never catch you; although you can now add “Fit Bit Mentor” to your resume! 🙂 gotta try the Banana Muffins- since Banana bread is a fav at my house- but I just never think to make it.
