Hi all! This morning, I got up early to get my couch to 5K on. It was tough but I pushed through thinking how good it would feel after and knowing I can build up my endurance once again. I did it before and I’ll do it again. Success!
Post workout I whipped up sausage & cheese omelettes for The Husband and I. This is only the 3rd time I’ve ever made an omelette in my life and it was worth it! Cheesy, peppery and super filling.
I used to love frozen dinners back in the day and was actually craving this one. I had it for lunch thinking it smells amazing but tastes ok.
I had to drop off pizza tonight for The Husband and his friend so I decided to join in versus cooking. I ate my pizza first and salad second. This mademit so mich easier to eat just one piece.
