Hi all! Can I just say that I love the fact you all get just as excited as I do over New Weight Watchers Program materials and Blue Apron?! I really do hope they partner together as that would just be another fun way to make the program a success. For those asking about Blue Apron, they do include nutrition facts. However, I tend to use a lot less oil, salt and pepper than the recipe calls for. I also eat 1/2 a portion as their serves 2 is pretty large. They sent us 10 of gnocchi for example which a serving is about 2 ounces. I will use the Weight Watchers recipe builder to calculate or check my modifications.
I’ll be announcing the 5 Blue Apron box winners tomorrow so head on over to my last post and leave a comment if your interested.
This week is a fun work week but it’s definitely challenging. We had lunch out plus a birthday celebration today, tomorrow is a going away lunch then Thursday is a Thai date for my coworkers birthday. My goal is to make smart choices, stop when I’m comfortable, have a salad for at least one of my meals and only eat the foods I think are worth it. There are too few points in a day to waste them on food that doesn’t taste good.
I did pretty good today with my choices and balanced it out with a lightened up dinner.
