Hi all! Today is going to be all about some fun new eats since it’s all I have time for. I’m planning on doing that Deep Dish Pizza recipe justice with tomorrow’s post. Today was one of those nonstop days where I was being pulled in a million directions. What I’m proud of?
Not giving into getting lunch out and instead grabbing one of my delicious soup containers paired with a fun ham, cheese, cucumber side.
Not giving into the office chocolate as I really wanted my sunflower seeds and to save my points for dinner.
Last but not least, having dinner at another burger place and picking one amazing salad that was fun to eat. I didn’t miss the burger but I did have a little burger envy when I saw The Husband’s bacon, cheesy goodness.
B: Sausage Scramble: (1 Trader Joe’s Sweet Maple Apple Chicken sausage, 1 egg+1 egg white, 2 Tbsp onion & pepper) 6 sp
S: Tall Nonfat Cappuccino with caramel on top (2 SP), banana
L: 1 Svg Butternut Squash, Sausage & Kale Soup (3 sp), 4 slices honey ham topped with 1/4 in each piece of English cucumber & 1 string cheese (3 SP)
S: Nectarine, 2 Tbsp Sunflower Seeds (3 SP)
D: @ Skips Kitchen, 3 chicken wings (5 SP), One ridiculously delicious Asian Chicken Salad (cabbage, carrots, red peppers, broccoli, red onion, Mandarin oranges, cashews, won tons, chicken & sesame dressing on the side) (8 SP)
