Hi all! How was your Tuesday? Today I feel proud that I got my workout in first thing with 37 minutes on the treadmill. I made all my meals today and also fit in an hour long walking catch-up with my friend. I think it is all of these things that made today a very productive work day too.

S: Tall iced nonfat latte (2 sp), watermelon, Trader Joe’s Lite Cheddar Stick (2 sp)
D: Cheeseburger (Bun, 4 oz 93% lean ground beef, 1 slice RF Sargento Cheddar, lettuce, tomato, pickles, 1 Tbsp Secret Sauce) – 10 sp and so worth it! I skipped the salad as I really didn’t want it.
