Happy Monday all! Today started out on a great note despite having my first meeting at 7am. I made a healthy breakfast, packed my lunch plus snacks. I even got in a nice 4 mile walk. I left work feeling proud and not starving.
The Husband let’s me know that they are working late and will pick up dinner on the drive home.
My first thought – Yay, I do not have to cook.
My second thought – what should I make just for me? I always have so many ideas and I feel proud it never occurred to get take out until now.
My third thought – I’ll eat cheese and crackers while I think about it.
And that is where my evening went a bit astray as I was still hungry and had chips too. Counted it, moved on and told myself, next time, just make a real meal already lol.
