Happy Friday Eve all! How was your day? I actually slept in for once and traded in my AM workout for a long lunch time walk. My eats today were not all cooked by me but were still delicious and nutritious.
The Husband did a great job making breakfast for us.
Healthy Eggroll plus berries (3 sp).A little liquid motivation on my drive in – tall nonfat cappuccino with caramel on the foam (2 sp).
Originally I had planned to visit my favorite salad bar and make up a big salad for lunch. But, honestly this week I seem to be having a salad aversion.
I ended up walking to Wok of Flame as I knew I could get veggies in another way.
Won Ton Soup (2 sp).Kung Pao Chicken (8 sp), 1 chicken potsticker (2 sp) and steamed veggies. I didn’t finish all the veggies and had my fortune cookie for dessert (2 sp).
I grilled tonight while The Husband made our salad and the “secret sauce” for the ribs.
5 oz BBQ Pork Rib (7 sp), salad with balsamic & olive oil (1 sp) and snap peas.
