Happy Wednesday all! This morning I woke up at 3:30 and thought, nope, not yet. Then, I woke up at 4:00, nope, not yet….5:00…5:30 and begrudgingly got out of bed. I grabbed a banana to snack on with some coffee while I figured out exactly what I was supposed to do this morning LOL.
I think my brain was broken and tired because I left the house and realized right as I sat on the train that I forgot…….MY CAMERA Gahhhhh….I hate it when that happens.
I though about saying “Forget-about-It!” and not taking pictures all day. Then, I remembered I could use my camera phone even if I don’t love the pictures as much.
There have been so many CHANGES going on this week so I know I am tad bit forgetful. I decided to take all of that to gym with me today and put it into my workout.
I PUSHED through a 32 minute run/walk followed up by crunches (I lost count) and my 25 push-ups.
My post workout breakfast was sort of random (like I said, my brain was a little tired this morning).
I am completely addicted to Tracey’s Trail Mix ~ it’s sweet, tangy, crunchy, coconutty, chewy and you get 1/2 cup for only 3 points+. (Recycled picture = GREEN MOVE!)
This is where my pictures from my phone start ~ they are panoramic for some reason *sigh*
I had 2 slices of TJ’s Peppered Turkey Bacon and an apple with my trail mix above (2 points+).
Lunch today was AWESOME because it was catered by Whole Foods!
How cute are these placemats……
Salad Station!
There were TWO types of salads served. One using Annie’s Lite Goddess and the other that I couldn’t pass up ~ Spring Grapefruit Poppy Seed Salad using Annie’s Lite Poppyseed Dressing.
Pita Chips!
I pondered taking one of these sandwich and grape platters back to my desk….I don’t know what it is, but, I LOVE Whole Foods sandwiches.
I tried to pretend the cookie platters didn’t exist….it worked until I was in line next to it.
Super Secret Tea!! I actually learned the tip to making the best Lemon Iced Tea is to steep 2/3 Lipton’s Black tea with 1/3 Meyer Lemon Herbal Tea.
The glasses were on top of the What to Recycle and What To Compost signs I had made as part of our sustainability program
I had a Turkey and Swiss sandwich that I estimated based on the ingredients (6 points+)
A little crunch (1 points+ for the pita chips)
That salad I told you about….I actually didn’t mind the stinky goat cheese in it. (2 points+)
My co-worker told me the name of this cookies but I forgot what it’s called. It’s a French Almond Cookie. It was interesting ~ chewy and super almond like so I only managed about half of it. (3 points+)
Mid afternoon pick me up ~ Medium Iced Dirty Latte (4 points+)
I picked up these Southwestern Stuffed Chicken Breasts at Trader Joe’s to have an EASY dinner this week. I LOVE them because all you have to do it bake and dig in.
5 Points+ for 5 ounces!
Place on a pan and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes
Crispy tortilla chips, enchilada sauce, two types of cheeses stuffed into a green chili into the chicken breast, olives, cilantro…..
MMMMM ~ I NEED re-create these!
Simple salad on the side with Trader Joe’s Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette (1 points+)

What is your favorite drink to have other than water?
Believe it or not as much as I LOVE my Dirty Lattes, I LOVE Fizzy Water and probably Iced Tea if I had to pick next.

That trail mix looks sooo good… I’m such a sucker for raisins. As for drinks, I LOVE Starbucks’ Iced Passion Tea or Iced Black Tea, but if I need coffee, their skinny vanilla lattes are my go-to drink. When I’m at home, I use a lot of Crystal Light.

You know what I love about you and your site?? You make it look easy. You make dieting look like a breeze and you make it look like you can eat whatever you want. I feel terribly restricted. I should be good at ww…been doing it since I was a kid and my mom works for them…but this go around feels different.
So I take it you work for Annie’s? What is a good low points dressing that they have…that doesn’t taste like crap?? It seems all low (not any brand in particular) fat dressings are icky so I usually go with EVOO and Red Wine Vinegar…but the EVOO is so many points…and I like lots of dressing!!!

That chicken looks amazing. I definitely need to go get that at TJ. My favorite beverage is orange juice. Honestly I feel pretty confident saying that I could drink a whole carton.

Favorite drink other than water is my morning coffee! Gotta have it!
Your phone camera takes pretty good pictures.
My favorite Annie’s dressing is the Mango-it’s perfect on baby greens with apple slices, grapes and some feta cheese.

HI Sarah,
As much as I LOVE making my own dressing, it’s nice to have quick options available. Here are a few of my favorites and all of them are 1 points+ per Tbsp.
* Newman’s Lite Lime Vinaigrette – not too sweet not too tart
* Trader Joe’s Spicy LF Peanut Vinaigrette (in the fridge section next to the product)
* Trader Joe’s Cranberry Gorgonzola Walnut (in the fridge section next to the product)
* Trader Joe’s Creamy RF Cilantro (in the fridge section next to the product)
* Trader Joe’s Balsamic Vinaigrette
As for the Annie’s flavors ~ I like the new lite Poppyseed alot and I do not mind the Lite Goddess.
Hope that gives you a few options.
