Happy Monday all! Yesterday kicked off my week on track and today I continued my streak. I even managed to keep myself in check with our Chipotle Party working lunch.
Breakfast involved a scrambled egg, 4 Jennie-O Lean breakfast sausages (3 sp) and berries.Intentional late morning snack because I was hungry and I didn’t want to be starved by lunch.
Banana and a Jarlsberg Mini Swiss cheese (2 sp).At 12:30 the Chipotle spread with everything was delivered. Do you know how dangerous it could be to have this much deliciousness and chips around?!I made a mini chicken sample salad with 1 soft tortilla and 4 chips. Don’t worry, I totally went back to get my full set of 12 chips. (11 so for my bowl).At 6:30, I started to get hungry so I cut up some fruit with 11 peanuts for 1 sp.We had leftovers made over for dinner. I made our Nacho fixin’s into taco salad.
Romaine, carrots, cabbage, tomatoes, taco meat, cheese, guacamole, 4 chips crumbled and hot sauce (7 sp).

Tomorrow is really going to be a test – I have a business luncheon then they are having an ice cream sundae party at work to get ready for July 4th……I may try to avoid the room.
