Having a 28 point day like this! How was your day? My day was fantastic as it was filled with super delicious food and I even managed to fit in a walking meeting on a super busy day.
Breakfast meeting at Cafe Bernardo…Chicken Apple Sausage Scramble without cheese and 1 slice toast. I skipped the potatoes and my other slice – success! (7 sp)Plus this delicious cappuccino (2 sp).We spoiled and celebrated my coworker / good friends birthday today at Mikunis.

I have been following your posts for years and you are AMAZING to me– how you manage to eat only 2 spareribs (my all time favorite) for starters, how you eat salads most every day and really do enjoy them, how you rarely eat chocolate,avoid fried foods consistently, how you snack on such healthy stuff, how you get so many steps so often, and most of all how you aren’t at lifetime (or maybe you are) always eating this way! I would think you MUST be at the very bottom of your height/weight chart with all your hard work- and maybe you are. Anyway, congrats on ALL you do to be fit and active, disciplined, and enjoying your life! So pretty too!
