Happy Sunday all! How was your Mom’s day weekend? Our weekend has been pretty good. I kicked off Saturday with a 4.8 lb loss which was definitely a great way to start the weekend. I definitely think it paid off eating intuitively on vacation and fitting in activity every day even if it was just walking. We also had a chance to go to the Farmer’s Market and did a great hike on Saturday before spending some time with our mom’s today.
I wasn’t hungry for breakfast this morning so I grabbed a grande nonfat cappuccino with caramel on top for our drive to the Sacramento Antique Faire. (3 sp).Post fair, we took my mom to Thai Paradise.
I love that they greet you with a mini salad while ordering (2 sp).I had the Thai Basil Shrimp and skipped the rice! (3 sp).It was really so I could have a little of these drunken chicken noodles (3 sp for about 1/2 cup).Late afternoon I snacked on our farmers market berries plus a banana.The Husband requested grilled sausages for dinner and I love dinners that take less than 15 minutes to cook.
