Happy Tuesday all! I have to say I was pretty slow moving this morning after having a nice long weekend. I decided to sleep in and save my workout for tonight ~ I am thinking something simple like a yoga class or a nice long walk. It is supposed to be 103 today so maybe I shouldn’t have waited 🙂
Breakfast was a combination of what sounded good. I started off with a sweet white nectarine and pluot. I LOVE farmer’s market fresh fruit to start my day. It makes me feel so healthy.
Plus a little crunch ~ a few Quaker Oatmeal Squares with a sprinkle of Kashi Honey Almond Flax Crunch cereal.
I sprinkled my crunch onto some Trader Joe’s0% Blueberry Greek Yogurt. It was the perfect breakfast to start my day.
When I got to my desk, I saw the COOLEST plate from my co-worker and friend. She said she wanted to give me a cool plate to use on my food blog to show off the colorful foods I eat ~ how sweet is that?! I absolutely LOVE it and wish I brought some colorful stuff to use on it.
I hope today flies by. I keep telling myself this is only a THREE day work week. Tomorrow our company pays for us all to go to watch the Giants play the Dodgers in baseball – so cool! I LOVE that we get to spend our workday at the ball park.
