I would love to see EASY (like 2-4 ingredient) recipes that are low points. For example:
Greek Yogurt (6 oz)
1 Splenda packet
Blueberries
Mix all together and eat! 3 pts
Thanks 🙂
Susie Bee @ eatlittleeatbig says
Great idea!
Definitely a focus on recipes for me.
cathy james says
I would love great low point recipe ideas for partys! With my circle of friends, we all want to socialize all the time it seems. I’d like to have great ideas on what is tasty for my points! Any ideas are welcomed!
Lois says
I would like to see an area for quick meal ideas, with a minimum of fuss and ingredients – along with the points values.
For example:
Asian Chicken Salad for 1
1/2 bag of broccoli slaw
1/2 can Kirkland seasoned chicken breast
1 Tbs chopped almonds
2 Tbs soy ginger ff dressing (Paul Newman’s or Trader Joe’s)
and the points values for each ingredient and total.
Also a section on Great Finds… whether new food finds, or new ideas to try
How about a ‘swap’ section?
This could be really fun and very helpful
Sarah Ragatz says
Favorite recipes with serving size and points values is one of the highlights. It’d be nice if there were a few different search options. EI: you could look food up by a particular ingredient, by point value, by cook time, etc. I think it’d also be cool if there were a section to share before/during/after pictures with a place for comments. (Sometimes it really helps to have someone tell you you’re looking good. Then you feel like your efforts are worth it and it keeps you motivated)
Josie says
I love all the low point recipe ideas. I would like to have a place to share great excerise ideas or DVD’s you have tryed and liked and why or hated and why, or classes you’ve taken etc. Like how I tryed Zumba and now LOVE it! I think this would be great also if you have Wii excerise video’s you love or hate!
Josi
Cynthia (It All Changes) says
I would love to focus on making great recipes with more power foods. I think this is the best way to keep us satisfied and healthy.
Kimberly B. says
I would love to have a place for challenges! Whether it’s a challenge to come up with a healthier version of a certain recipe or for (enter your own number here) exercise hours or APs or walking a certain number of miles in a month. I love that kind of stuff and it’s a fun way to encourage the healthy aspect of weight watchers without obsessing over actual weight goals.
Ruth Skiles says
I would love some new and easy recipes with low point foods.
Mara @ What's For Dinner? says
I’d love to have a recipe sharing forum as well, but for me, I need serious encouragement that i DONT need that cookie or whatever… I feel so much better when I follow a plan, but I tend to lose focus.
Erin Schmitt says
I am very excited about the new WW program. I have been doing the at home program for almost 2 years and have lost a little over 68 lbs. It has made too many positve changes in my life to list – that being said I am going out to join and get the new material. I will determine if I will go to the meetings weekly or just continue on my own with my friends and family support system I created 2 years ago – I am nervous as it seems like you really need to go to determine your point range, etc. Change is good but money is tight so we will have to see after I learn the new program if I can continue to do it on my own. Your website gave me great information and I would love to add you to my support system regardless of which way I choose to do the program.
Carbzilla says
I think a weekly focus would be helpful. We can take turns coming up with it, but I think it would help maintain the motivation. One week could highlight a Powerfood, and we could each come up with a recipe that week. One week could be a New-to-You exercise challenge. Something like that.
That and I’d also like a visual ticker so I could see my progress. I miss my CalorieKing graph already.
Erin Schmitt says
On your support site you should have recipes or your favorite lunch combos with point values and great nutritional foods you have discovered.
Barb says
I’m looking for quick and easy recipes, but also would like the support of others when I’m having a bad day opr week.
thanks for a great site.
Mary Moore says
Motivation pieces to put in different areas of your house to motivate you.
IF YOU ALWAYS DO WHAT YOU ALWAYS DID
YOU’LL ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU ALWAYS GOT!
One Day At A Time, No Guilt and Move On
Sue says
I love your website, it’s going to be so helpful with this new plan. I would love to see an area where you can get quick snack ideas and associated point values, maybe sorted by type “Salty”, “Sweet”, “Crunchy”, etc. so we can have choices to help with cravings!
Lexi says
I think a fantastic idea would be to have a place for people looking for accountability buddies. I know it helps me to have one person to keep in touch with within a large group of people. This way we can both encourage each other while feeling like I have to stick to plan because I have someone I have to tell when I don’t.
Stephanie says
I know this is getting greedy – but I want recipes that have it all!
What I mean by that is, I would like the recipes to: 1. be quick/easy 2. be likeable for ALL ages and 3. contain common ingredients. I live in a small town in Wisconsin and it’s impossible for me to shop for those oddball items, let alone be able to afford them! Other than that – website is superb!
David says
I would like to see a monthly (at least) web conference for everyone to “voice” their ideas, successes and thoughts for working the new plan.
Love the website – keep up the great blogging.
Robin says
I would love for the support group to include quick easy recipes and even “challenges” between the members (i.e. – challenge each of us to get a certain amount of AP one week or eat all the healthy checks every day each week, etc).
kim says
I would love to see a section on meal ideas. Not necessarily recipes, but basic ideas on what to eat and broken down by meals.
I’d love to learn more about your group when you get that going, too!
suzanne says
I’d love to see challenges, also i’d love to see a new products section with the pt values included.
Maybe some easy exercises to do when your too busy to do your regular workouts?
Can’t wait to see what you come up with 🙂
Robin says
I would like to see a place to get a quick points calculator so that we can figure out the points if we don’t have a points calculator or join the online site. I would also like quick and easy low point recipes
Abby says
I would love to see new “food finds”….supermarket products that are WW friendly. Recipes would be great too 🙂
Colleen says
We shouldn’t try to recreate the WW site, but have one that is smaller, really focused on a few things, not a ton. So maybe Food Finds, Recipes, Exercise and Other non food stuff.
1-Food finds are always awesome.
2-I’d love to see a focus on whole, natural foods. Low point foods are great, but let’s remember that the plan has been restructured and they want us to eat better quality food.
I3-‘d also like an exercise section. I teach pilates, water & land aerobics, maybe I could help out with this.
4-Maybe an area on “Take my mind off of food, please” a place that has nothing to do with food, but with shout outs on what’s new and exciting, like buying new underwear after losing 10 pounds or getting whistled at by a hot guy (or girl) since losing a few pounds.
Carlee says
in addition to recipes and meal ideas, I’d like to see exercise and fitness tips and motivation.
Amy Brinson says
Motivation and accountability!
Bea says
I’d like to see recipes and new food finds. I’d love to find a group of people who offer accountability. I tried weight watcher meetings and didn’t click with the group, so moved to using just the e-tools.
Bev says
I joined Weight Watchers again today as an Online Member. I would love to see what is going on in your meetings each week. I will miss interacting with others because you get lots of tips and tricks in the meeting atmosphere.
Brittany says
A place where we can share recipes, motivation support, ideas, and encourage each other!
Heather says
Recipes are great but I like to see how people break their points down over the day so perhaps a daily menu portion.
Geri Centonze says

I love easy recipes and support.

I would love to see cooking for two recipes 🙂
Barb Ar says

-Daily Food journals for accountability
-Weekly weigh in results

Crystal (Bye Bye Fat Pants) says
Here are some ideas I have
– a place to share recipes
– a place to share accomplishments
– a place to share and congratulate weigh-ins

Ok, your post convinced me! I re-joined WW online about 5 minutes ago 🙂

MOTIVATION, MOTIVATION, MOTIVATION … and of course recipes, new foods! Sure we all get that in the meetings, but really, I can’t have too much of it! Sometimes I find that I get a little comfortable in my meeting, and would love an additional … not in place of …. “meeting” support. Thanks Danica for all you do!
::Rita:: says
I would love to see:
* 15 minute workout ideas
* Daily inspiration Quote
*Recipes that freeze well
*Recipes that travel well
*Inexpensive recipe section <<we're hurting out here. :0)
*Brand suggestions for low point products<<<<
*WW friendly locations (travel and eateries)
* What kept me going today section
*NON-food reward ideas for under $10 or $20
* Things to look foward to at say 20 lbs weight loss…inspiration
*Testimonies on how much better I…feel, sleep, etc.
*Inspirational free song download of the day<<<
THANK YOU!!!! xoxox You are SUCH an inspiration!!!!!!

How about recipes for one? I don’t want to have leftovers all the time.
Ideas with zero points, 1 point, 2 points, etc.
Success stories on pointsplus.
Members experiences/losses compared to momentum plan.
I found your blog while researching the new plan, very good!
I guess this makes my new “old” scale obsolete. I’m a bit miffed that they had a sale on them recently, knowing that this would soon occur.
Debra Krick says
Hi….I would like to see low-point recipes for breakfast!
Brandy says
Easy and simple WW recipes
Positive support
Workout Ideas
Answer questions about the program
Laura says
I’d loooove to be a part of the support group. And I’d LOVE to see lots of dessert options…preferably the chocolate, warm gooey variety!
Kayla says
I would like to see easy recipes that use few ingredients.
Genise Anthone says
Wow everyone has already said it all. I think I am going to try WW online I do not have a really close meeting place close to me. It would be nice to find someone close to where you live to buddy up with.
Gail says
I just started WW again after 2 years of falling on and off the wagon – I would love a ticker too. I have done other “diets” that were HORRIBLY strict, but what kept me motivated were the Challenges and the forums to chat with “new friends” and of course the fun tickers!! The strictness what was did me in, that’s what I love about WW. Now I just need to be encouraged. I love to read success stories!
Charlotte says
Everyone is making good suggestions. I’d like for it to be a fun place with lots of enthusiasm. Sharing recipes, ideas, tips, and learning from each other.
Michele says
Love your site. I would love to see recipes with 1-4 servings..for the single people.
Kealey Bird says
I would like some recipes and some ways to figure out daily points without having to subscribe to etools.
Kealey Bird says
Thanks for gibing us this chance to win thanks a ton.
Alison Z. says
Hmm…I think it would be fun to have someone come up with a week’s worth of meal ideas…kind of like they had on the old WW website – that was always handy for coming up with meals!
Jamie says
I am so excited about the new plan. I would like to have more options for dinner especially when having to cook for the entire family and Im the only one dieting. How to survive
Mid says
I think some kind of weekly feature, like new food Fridays where you try something new, or Shout out Tuesdays where you get to shout out your sucess, or something much better than those would be good. Not necesarily one every day, but an occasional theme would be cool to have.
Judy says
I would like to see how they incorporate this plan when dining out. So many resturants are being tight-lipped as to their nutrional values, I just want to have a great dinner with friends and not have to sit there with a calculator. I think dining out for most members can be a hassle and then the guilt factor sets in that they are not adhering to the plan. Will there be a way to ‘bank’ points like in the old versions so dining out will be less stressful?
Renee says
Since I don’t know the older programs as some of the veterans here do, all I can do is ditto what has been previously said by everyone before me. I hope that’s not cheating, but that’s all I can say :/ other than looking forward to getting on this bandwagon that’s about to take off! 😉
Rachel says
I love WW. I lost 25 pounds after college and recently gained some of it back. I need to get back on track asap! I would love to see quick and easy recipes.
Nichole says
I do better with meals and snacks when people share what they eat and how they used their points each day so maybe we could submit our daily points breakdown and you could post a different “day in the life” each day.
Connie S says
I am really excited about the new plan. Would love to see great ideas for breakfast. It is the most important meal, but also the hardest for me to stay on track. Thanks
Susan says
I think the previous posts have all had great ideas! I’d love to get a daily email, or join a community! Easy recipes, tips to get through tricky situations, and support and motivation are the most important things for me. My weekly meeting isn’t until Thursday, but my center has drop-in hours this afternoon, so I plan to go and get the new materials then.
carol rankin says
Hi
Im really glad to see a web site like this.. Great info on it plus recipes.. I get recipes off the WW ‘s site but usuallu same old same old stuff. Just found this this morning
Catherine says
I have been on and off weight watchers since I was in my 20’s. I find that recipes with more common ingredients and quick would work better. Also I would like to see some menus with your everyday type foods, I think this would help with the new Points Plus meal points breakdown.
Deb says
I would love some on the go breakfast ideas, and ideas for on the go lunches.
jmcdgc says
Help with the online area…..particularly on “converting” things on my old favorites list and/or my recipes! Otherwise they need to be eliminated, but guess they can be re-added later when/if used again (and then would have their nutritional values on the container in front of me)……
Beth says
I would love to see ideas for making the most of the new points plus system – new or great products to try with points values, quick easy recipes for weekday dinners, parties, etc.
Melissa says
I would like a what works for me section!
rebecca says
I would love to see meals to cook for one person and not four to six. I used to make a full receipe and freeze – but then you get sick of eating the same food. Receipes made for one time meals!!!
Kal says
If you can capture this enthusiam and bottle it with all of these fantabulous ideas; you will have it ALL!
How could we encourage accountability in the support group?
Maybe preplan a cruise or B&B weekend for the group say a year out – or maybe January 2012? Something to work and look forward to!
Definitely recipes of all sorts.
Janelle says
You truly have an unbelievable site! The hard work you do is not overlooked and we all thank you. I would love to see fast, easy, low point appetizers, dinners and snacks that really taste good 🙂 Life flashes by on a day to day basis so easy and fast is what I need to keep the weight off.

I am soooooooooooooo HAPPY I found this site!!! Yippee Skippee!!! I need the comraderie of others to help me in my weight loss efforts. I personally would like to see daily pre-planned menus to pick and choose from.
Cheryl says
I am so glad I stumbled on this site. Thanks to Yahoo Shine. I would love to be a part of this support group. I always seem to discover these things after the fact and I feel like I’m always behind everyone else. My only suggestion with a new site is to have a special redirect for new subscribers so that they are automatically hooked up with a buddy that is starting about the same time. That way you don’t feel like you’re intruding on a well established group of supporters. I have done weight watchers before and was thinking about joining again even if its just the online program. Points plus seems like it might be just the thing to put me over the edge. Thanks again, Cheryl
Marcia says
I would love to see an example of a 7 day Meal Plan. I have a hard time on what to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Thanks!
Corinne says
I would love a section that suggests how you can stay within your points when everyone at the office is ordering fast food – for example what the best choices to order at Wendy’s, McDonalds, Burger King, etc would be. Extending that to include causal dining establishments like Chili’s, Applebees, TGIF, etc would be even better! Sometimes you are put on the spot and have to make a quick decision, and too often you realize later what a better choice would have been.
Another idea would be things to have on hand to “grab and go” when you are rushing out for an appointment and have no time to pack breakfast or lunch. Maybe things you can make into 1 point baggies, 2 point baggies, etc (along the lines of those 100 calorie packs conveniently packaged up at the supermarket).
Molly says
I would love to join your group and start working at being a healthier person! I would like to see recipes that are home-style cooking modified with healthier choices. The “No counting points” option sounds very appealing as I would ultimately like to not be absorbed in the point values of foods. Thanks for the blog! It looks full of great information! Can’t wait to get started!
Carla says
I would LOVE to join the support group!!! it’s so nice to be able to chat and share stories – good and bad – with people who are going thru the same things you are!
I’d also love easy family friendly recipies – I have 2 young chidren (2 and 4) and refuse to cook more than 1 dinner and on the days I work, I need it to be quick and easy. I’d also love some ideas for make ahead meals.
Another thing that would be great is a regional section so you can talk about things in your area – meetings/road races etc.
Sarah says
I’d like to see tips on how to plan meals… I have such a hard time with this and I know that it would make my weight loss journey easier if I started planning my meals beforehand. I just don’t know how to get started.
Mary Ann says
I would like to see food demonstration like cereal
34 cup bran flakes
1 cup cheerios
1 cup puffed wheat
In different jars/baggie to show the points value and difference in serving size
and in this case the puffed wheat would give you a larger portion.
I also think a recipe card basket/box for everyone to write down some really
good tasty recipes from the cards.
I am new to your web site but I plan on returning.
Cheryl says
I’d like an area where we could post pics of our sucesses too.
Christeen says
I’d like to see menu ideas, filling foods, and recipes.
Mary says
I like the idea of learning about carbs. With Type II Diabetes on the rise it makes sense.
The new program will take some time to relearn point values, but I feel it is worth the effort.
For the web site I like your meal ideas. This is only the second time I have been on the site. Looking forward to visiting more.
My favorite food at Thanksgiving was my Cranberry Jell-o desert for 3 points.
Terri says
I would like to see recipes that would work with a family, contests, daily journals to give each other ideas, exercise ideas.
Thanks,
Terri
Robin says
I would love a before/after section with pictures, biography as well as sharing tips on how to be successful.
Deborah Kerns says
Definitely recipes! But just hearing how other people are doing would be great. I know from meetings how important support and encouragement are to our goals. They can write all they want about the program but until you live it you can’t really see all the good/bad.
Amy says
I would love family recipes(I have 5 children) that are good for me and them at the same time, so I don’t have to cook twice! I would
I would also like a place to weigh in. I don’t go to meetings, so I need a place to be accountable!
Katie says
I just started weight watchers, I would love to see recipes! and a weigh in/journal type situation so I could be held more accountable!
Donna says
I’m so excited about the new WW program. Being a pastor’s wife is sometimes challenging when it comes to eating out, church “feasts,” and attending many celebrations, which always include some kind of food!
I would be interested in simple recipes, few ingredients; crockpot meals, leftovers that could be frozen for later; low-point desserts; and encouragement to stay focused! Exercise is always difficult for me, so new ideas would be welcome.
Thanks for your interest in making all this possible!
Sandra Halpern says
Hi my name is Sandy and I only been with WW for a few months.I am so excited about the new WW points plus plan. I am a current member right now but it may all have to end soon as money is so
very tight and I just don’t know if I can continue with the plan. See I have a family of 10 so as you can see it not easy as income is limited right now.
I started changing my lifestyle in Oct of 2009 and so far I lost 93 pounds.I started at 280 and now I am at 187. Still need to lose 50 more pounds as my goal is to get down to 130-140
I made good positive changes since then and I been using the old points system. I am hoping to be able to get the new material. If I can’t afford to go to the meeting then I will do it on my own
I saw this website and the information you gave was great I want to say thank you for sharing it with us.Your site gave me some very helper stuff about the new plan.I do know that my point range is
29 daily points and week is 49 points.I would love to join your support group if I can.I think each week we could focus on different stuff like recipes, what exercises you’re doing,Menus ideas,Daily challenges, Power foods did you get
your points in for the day etc.Something like that I guess. We just need to motivate each other and show support to these who need it.Count me in on your support group just tell me when and how to find it..Thanks you for sharing this site…Keep up the good work as you’re doing good.
chrissy says
I would like a new database with points plus restaurant foods. I used DWLZ, but fear that it will not get updated as the changes are put into place.
Laura Steelmon says
I would like to see more recipes. It seems I tend to eat the same things over and over.
Carol Belles says
I would love recipes for 2. I don’t mind a few leftovers but not enough for a week. I think it would be cool to have a place to share ideas and recipes. I really love your blog!!
Carolynne says
I would be totally interested in this kind of forum!! I am from Canada, so the pointsplus program won’t roll out until next week.
What I would like to see on this new forum:
-recipes
-success stories
-before/after photos
-great finds (food products)
YAY!
Kathy says
I think this new program will be right up my alley. I’d love to see more whole food recipes, suggestions, especially if they are low point and of course delicious!
I’d love to see new ways to use a variety of veggies, not the same old brocolli and green beans…. variety = yumm
Jackie Albonetti says
Would love to see some current recipes like Taco Soup converted to the new program Points Plus as well as some of the other older tried and true weight watcher recipes that we all use. Very excited about this new support group. I am lifetime, but over and really think the motivation found here will help me to reach goal again. Thanks for starting it and I look very forward to participating.
Cathy Melton says
I love sweets ….. especially chocolate which is hard for me to resist ….. maybe some ideas how I can fit this into the plan !!! I like to see what you eat …. that was good to see new ideas ….. Easy meals on the go ….. the support group is a great idea and I am looking forward to being included. Thank you so much …..
Vicki says
I am loving the ideas so far. I would of course like to see recipes but I think an area to post daily journals and another area for challenges would be great as well. Of course, someone suggested swaps and those are always fun too. Keep up the great blogging, Danica. I am always inspired and motivated by you. I think a success story area would be great too. It is always motivating to see others progress…proof that if you work the program, you will be successful. I’m sure I will think of more ideas…I’ll shoot you an e-mail if I think of anything else. Love ya, girl!
Kathy Bennett says
I’d love to hear more about your support goup. I’d like to be able to talk to others and see points for different food that people eat. You are soooo infectious with your energy! keep it up!
Ruby W. says
I think everyone pretty much covered all the based.
– Motivation
– Easy 2-3 ingredient recipes
– WW Friendly Product Finds
– Before/After Photos from ppl on New Plan
– What ppl think about the new plan vs the old plan (ie more weight loss/less weight loss in the same amount of time, less hungry/more hungry, etc)
Excited about the new support group and the prize too! =)
Marcia Markley says
After thinking about it all of last night .. it would be nice to have some support on “why we overeat” and “why we sabatogue ourselves” … I am a 59 year old woman who loses and gains all the time and I want to lose the weight .. I’m scared, confused and most of all this time to be determined to lose the weight. My hubby has been unemployed for a long time and I’m guessing the stress is making me eat … but I want to start and hope to win that calculator!! Thanks
Linda says
what excites is that I never had enough points and I was always hungry. I am petite but need to lose and maintain, but because of my size (not thin) I only would have 18 points a day and I would be hungry. I am excited and commited to weight loss and changing my lifestyle
Helen says
I’d love for lots of recipes to be included!
Carol says
Quick, easy, points friendly recipes that the whole family will enjoy. DH who should be doing WW but isn’t, DS & DD (twins and 18) who need to be considered about their health and well being when I am not around to cook for them. Working all day then thinking about dinner is not the right approach.
LouAnn says
I would love to see easy recipes to make – but that my family will eat also. Some recipes I have found have “not-so-ordinary” ingredients, and my kids don’t like it. Maybe some healthier takes on family/kid-friendly food!
Aimee says
Recipes, recipes and more recipes! Seems like I’m always making the same meals day in and day out. I’m also quite a slacker when it comes to exercising, so any tricks to get motivated and stay motivated would be great!
Julie Scott says
I am excited and scared about the new plan. Need some ideas for basics foods and ingredients to purchase to make meals that work for the family who does not do weight watchers. With the momentum program, I was able to prepare a meal for 5 of us, but I had to switch it up to serving 10 ( I have 1 teenage son, and a husband and 2 adult sons at home in college). So recipes, along with a shopping list for a couple of meals would be very beneficial.
Lyn says
I agree with previous suggestions, including motivational ideas, recipes, daily points tracker, and weight tickers, but I think the ability to seek a buddy or more than one buddy would be helpful too. A forum for questions and emergencies (of the overeating variety) would be great too.
Debra says
HI Danica-
I just discovered your blog yesterday while searching for info on the new program. I LOVE your website! Thank you so much for all the beautiful pictures, great ideas and motivation. I am the coordinator for my WW@Work group, but we finished up right before Thanksgiving and aren’t starting up again until January. When I heard about the new program and read about it here, I was so motivated I went out and joined my local group just for a month so I could get the new kit- I just can’t wait!
My idea for your support group (sorry if someone already thought of this) is to make customized shopping list for a week of WW-friendly recipes. This is the hardest for me, planning ahead to avoid slip ups.
Thank you!
Debra

i’d like to see some creative breakfast recipes.

After I reached my goal weight, 8 years ago, we moved to a very rural area. Fifteen pounds has crept back up on me and I was so excited to see WW has made great changes! I think it is just what I need to get back on the program. I will need to do it online, though, so the motivation aspect of your site will be really helpful to me. Also, recipes for those of us who are “grocery store challenged”! (All of you living 60 miles and further from the big stores will understand.) Basic foods combined and prepared in unique ways so I don’t get so bored with the same/very similar meals. I am excited to find a new support group – Thanks Danica!

SUPPORT GROUP IDEAS
Hi,
I love your site and have found the meal ideas to be very inspirational!
For a support group I would like to see a weekly thread that shares menu ideas. I am a full-time college student, in my mid-40’s, and I homeschool my children. So, family-friendly meals would be a great plus.
Secondly, I would like to see a weekly “inspirational” thread. This could be a thread where a member posts something positive that has been learned or helped them stay on plan the previous week.
Thanks so much for a wonderful site!
Lisa

I am always on the go and would like to see more on-the-go food.

I just want a place where I can freely comment without getting burned for whatever I say (not that I’d say anything awful or controversial) No drama, no fights, no snide remarks….we’re in this for a common goal so let’s support each other and play nice in the sandbox!
Simple recipes are best for me too…me <—-not a cook! However, because I think our problem has been FOOD (obviously), I don't want the focus to be totally on FOOD and EATING or RECIPES….more support when we just have issues and want to comfort ourselves with eating. Does that make sense?
Thanks!

Hello all, I would like tips on tracking points accurately when you are always on the go!

I’d love to hear about snacks, and planning meals with families in mind. My toddler is the typical picky eater, and it’s hard finding good clean meals he’ll eat (instead of the usual spaghettio’s and chicken nuggets). Snacks are hard for me, so I’m always looking for good ideas to pack to work with me!
Samantha says
I would like a place to find the lowest point foods aside from the obvious choices of fruits and veggies. WWonline used to have it’s 1-2 point food section and now that it’s Points Plus, I can’t find a comparable section w/ new PP values.
Kristin says
I’d really like to see some quick & easy low point recipes….I’m not a morning person, so I need something really easy for breakfast.

I love to hear “success stories” of any kind but particularly would love tips on making activity a big part of our daily plan and any other things that have led successful followers of the plan to their goals! Before-and-afters, Easy food for hard days, keeping up motivation…..a tall order, I know, but looking forward to exchanging ideas and encouraging the healthy lifestyle we’re all striving for! Thank you for a great website 🙂

I would like a “pen pal” feature, where those who are interested could be matched up with a pal, who they can email/twitter/whatever with to keep each other on task and motivated. It’s one thing to have a group to go for, but if you fall off the wagon or go missing from the site, who’s going to know. This would hopefully prevent that.
Sherry says
Help with converting recipes for healthier versions would be great.
I’m a snacker – low pointsplus snacks are a must!

Thanks to the story on Yahoo about the new WW program, i found your site and love it.
I also love the idea of a support group. Meetings are the best, but sometimes we need that daily push. I’ve been a weight watcher on and off for years. Never reached goal or made lifetime. But i am determined to do it this time.
I like the ideas about motivational quotes and like simple recipes or make ahead meals. I work full time, so quick easy meals is something i would be looking for.
I use etools so have already been introduced to the program, but my meetings are on friday morning, so i will be officially introduced at that time. I am really looking forward to the change.

I love what I have seen repeated over and over here, the 30 mins or less meals because most of us if not all lead busy lives 🙂

Hi,
I would like to see a section on dealing with the tough times and managing cravings. What do others due to stay on point especially if a free vegetable or fruit just won’t cut it ?
Also some reward ideas(non food) for pounds lost

Plateau suggestions-maybe they will be a thing if the past with the new program but that would be a first.
Tips on alternative exercise for those who are unable to walk a great deal due to physical limitations
Updates on the program changes
I hope this post allows me to join the group . If not please advise on what is necessary to join.
Good luck to everyone. I am still a tad confused but willing to embrace change.

I would love to see a section for recipes and maybe a section to lighten up our recipes. There should also be a section for exercise tips and any other “insider secrets”. 😉

I would love to see simple, easy to make recipes. Especially crock-pot friendly recipes! Also, get tips on low points plus products that might be out there that we can incorporate into our recipes. Member support and info about other helpful resources that are out there and available to all would be nice, too. Just knowing that others are facing the same challenges I am is so helpful. Let’s all be resources for each other and share the information we have to help each other succeed.

I would really like to see recipes I could use for lunch at work. I don’t have time to prepare a variety of meals each day, but also don’t want to eat the same dishes 3-4 days in a row. Ideally, I would like to cook a lunch for 3 days that I could add different ingredients to each day in order to reduce the repetition.

I would LOVE suggestions on how to deal with a house full of unsupportive family members. My kids, 11 & 14 don’t need to lose weight, and my husband (overweight but doesn’t care) insists on having his cookies, snack cakes, chips, and candy bars around (and refuses to hide them). They all tell me that they ‘love me the way I am’ and sabotage my best intentions. Help!

Well I’ve been doing WW for 18 months now. I have lost more weight than I thought I could. I cannot do much activity due to chronic illness so I rely on the points. I would love to see the new points values, and a online calculator and a place we can share our personal walks to loose weight.

I would love for this big group to put pics of labels and the fronts of packages of great food finds (like you do on your danicasdaily) We call our basket, ‘A Few of Our Favorite Things’. It is really nice because all of us are out there looking for new and healthy food finds.
Thanks,
Lynda
