Happy Monday all! How was your day? My day was pretty good for a Monday. I got in a nice 40 minute workout on the treadmill before whipping up this tasty zero point breakfast for us.

Freaky Garlic Edamame to start.New to me tempura green beans. Omg, these were so good. There is a sprinkle of spice and a hint of sweetness from the sauce.(4 sp for my sampling)I had 2 pieces of this zero point BBQ Ahi.Plus 3, yep, 3 of these Tuna 2 Sliders.
Ahi wrapped around fresh crab then topped with spicy sauce, grilled asparagus, avocado and a fried scallop. I totally dragged mine in the Sriracha line.
Seriously, what’s not to love about that (4 sp).Then 6 pieces of sushi from these two rolls.
The Incredible and Fiesta Roll. (9 sp)We had coffee at Temple Coffee which might actually be my favorite new place.
The Husband ‘cooked’ us dinner tonight and I have to say it was pretty amazing 🙂
